Alumni Verifications and Transcripts Requests
The office of Enrollment Services processes verifications for MD Graduates Alumni. Allow 5-7 business days in order to have your verification processed.

For verifications of House Staff and Fellows (former trainees), please go through the office of GME. They can be reached at (615) 322-4916 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Faxed requests should be sent to (615) 343-1496.
Free Transcript Requests
The University Registrar’s Office is pleased to announce that Vanderbilt alumni are no longer charged a fee for transcripts. Alumni will continue to pay for special handling and delivery charges such as FedEx, UPS, and Priority Mail.
