Vanderbilt Reviews Neuroscience
Vanderbilt Reviews Neuroscience (VRN) is the official journal of the Vanderbilt University Neuroscience Graduate Program and the Vanderbilt Brain Institute. VRN is an open-access journal consisting of reviews submitted by neuroscience graduate students during their qualifying exams for doctoral candidacy. The journal also offers highlights and commentary on exemplary research conducted in Vanderbilt laboratories. VRN was founded in May 2009 in an effort to recognize the hard work of each class of PhD qualifiers and is published annually by the Brain Institute.
