Always wondered what important medical discoveries were made here at Vanderbilt? Who were the great thinkers of our institution and what ground-breaking techniques were pioneered in the hospital where we now learn each day? Careers in Medicine Internal Medicine Interest Group presents the "History of Medicine at Vanderbilt University," an informal lunch conversation with Dr. John Sergent from the Vanderbilt Department of Medicine. Join us for a fun and entertaining opportunity to learn more about the medical legacy at Vanderbilt to which we now belong. We guarantee you'll be amazed and surprised at what you discover about your own institution!

Lunch will be catered and served for all who RSVP with the support of the American College of Physicians. We look forward to seeing you there!
