Dr. Rangaraj Ramanujam is an expert in organizational culture and has been conducting research with Aravind Eye Hospital in India to determine how alternative international healthcare models achieve quality outcomes at lower costs.  Aravind was recently featured in the highly-acclaimed book "Infinite Vision: How Aravind Became the World's Greatest Business Case for Compassion."  Join us as Dr. Ramanujam speaks on Aravind's healthcare delivery model and what the United States can learn from their practices.
