The NIH Office of Intramural Training and Education has a careers blog that recently featured an excellent two-part series on Government Jobs. The first post features how to find and read job ads, including how to interpret what the salary range means, what an “open period” means, and understanding “series and grade.” The second post highlights federal agencies that hire science-specific jobs.
