The Chemical Biology Interface Training Program is excited to announce a 2-part series this fall, “Writing F31 and F32 NRSA Grants”!

Please join us for Part 1 at 1:30 p.m. in 214 Light Hall, September 26th–Kim Petrie, PhD, will discuss the nuts and bolts of grant writing, including what makes NIH fellowships different from research grants, application components, evaluation criteria, and institutional resources to help with your grant writing.  Dr. Petrie will show a video depicting a mock study section review of a postdoctoral NRSA application.

Part 2 will follow on October 10th at 1 p.m. in 214 Light Hall–this will be an open panel discussion.  Panelists will include students who have received F31 fellowships and faculty who have participated in the review panels. A grants administrator will also be on hand to answer any specific questions you may have.
