As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to have an impact around the world, Insight has made the decision to run our summer programs remotely, in both the U.S. and Canada. Insight Fellows and our team are our first priority, and we are making this decision in the interest of protecting the health and well-being of the members of our community.

We have 5 years of experience running our remote Fellows Program, and have been working remotely with the Fellows from our January cohorts for the last month. The remote program has the same level of structured collaboration, mentoring, alumni participation, and coaching as our in-person programs. As a result, the Fellows in the remote program speak highly of the social and collaborative component, building deep and life-long connections. Finally, our hiring partners are offering remote interviews and are continuing to make job offers to the current Fellows for in-person roles.

For many, this change to a remote session will offer a new opportunity to participate in Insight without physically relocating before starting a full-time position. As a result, we’re extending the application deadline for our summer session to Wednesday, April 15th. If you’re submitting a new application, please select the location where you intend to work upon completion of the remote program, regardless of where you will physically participate.
