The AAAS Annual Meeting will be held in Boston on February 16-20, 2017. The meeting provides many opportunities for attendees to network, share their research, and discuss recent developments in science and technology with thousands of scientists, journalists, and policymakers. The theme for the 2017 meeting is Serving Society Through Science Policy.

Poster sessions are an opportunity to discuss your research and receive feedback from the interdisciplinary scientific audience at the AAAS Annual Meeting.
The deadline for submitting a poster abstract is October 20, 2016.
Undergraduate and graduate students are eligible to participate in the Student Poster Competition.
Postdocs and professionals are welcome to submit abstracts to the General Poster Session.
Student Session Aides
Undergraduate and graduate students may volunteer as session aides to receive free meeting registration in exchange for 8 hours of volunteering at the meeting, and also receive free online access to the journal Science if they volunteer 16 hours.
Students are also eligible for deeply discounted rates for meeting registration, as are AAAS members.
