Please note the below information from the organizers of GoSTEM.
GoSTEM exists to promote professional and social relationships of STEM graduate students and post docs that identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and/or queer (LGBTQ), as well as their allies, at Vanderbilt University and Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
The organization will organize, provide, and encourage mentorship, professional development, outreach, and social/networking activities by planning our own events, collaborating with other organizations to host events, and serving as a way to disseminate information about community events that may be of interest to our membership.
Our first meeting will be Tuesday, January 19, 2016 in Featheringill Hall 129 at 5:30. Pizza will be provided.
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact any of our officers listed at the bottom of this email.
