Job Opportunity: Research Associate – UT Southwestern
We’re looking for Research Associate that is an energetic and experienced mass spectrometrist with expertise in proteomics research and protein chemistry.
An ideal candidate for this position should have expertise in peptide and intact protein based protein identification, PTM site mapping, protein-protein interactions screening, and quantitation, with emphasis in manual validation and attention to details. The candidate will be in charge of running and maintaining an Orbitrap Fusion Lumos ETD. Excellent interpersonal skills are preferred for this position. Skills in genomics research and protein chemistry are highly desired. The starting salary will be ~55k.
