Science Policy Postdocs with Engineering Biology Research Consortium (EBRC)

EBRC will periodically host postdoctoral associates who are interested in science policy. Science policy postdocs in EBRC will leverage their technical backgrounds to support EBRC programs at the interface of science and public policy. They will work with the Executive Director, Director for Research Roadmapping, and EBRC membership to advance the field of engineering biology. Postdocs will work with the Executive Director to develop projects consistent with EBRC's mission and strategic goals. In addition to specific focus areas, all postdocs will contribute to the EBRC research roadmap. Applicants should have a strong technical background and interest in science policy in synthetic biology. Over time, EBRC anticipates programs in the following areas: Technical Research Roadmapping, Synthetic Biology & National Security, Policy (including regulation), Education, and Public Engagement. We encourage those with an interest in "Synthetic Biology & National Security" to apply at this time.
