The manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing collaborative and fee-for-service research projects for academic and industrial partners. The manager will also be responsible for a comprehensive BSL-3/Select Agent safety program, supervising research staff, and collaborating with DHVI faculty on writing research proposals, presentations and publications. Qualified candidates must have a Ph.D. in the field of Virology with a minimum of 5 years related experience. Proven supervisory and strong project management skills are a must. Experience working in BSL3 containment and viral stock propagation is desired along with proficiency in scientific writing.
