Registration is now open for the annual VIGH Global Health Case Competition happening February 5-8, 2014. The annual case competition is organized by the VIGH Student Advisory Council and the event is open to undergraduate, graduate, and professional students from across the university. Participate in multidisciplinary, multi-school teams is encouraged. The case may involve issues such as health care policy, public health implementation and planning, business partnership and investment, medical research, logistics management, faith and cultural understanding, and international law. After two and a half days of research and preparation, teams present their case analysis and recommendations to a panel of expert judges and audience members. The winning team represents Vanderbilt University at the annual Emory International Global Health Case Competition in Atlanta, GA. Advance registration is requested by January 17. Participants may register as individuals or teams.
