The CDC's Laboratory Leadership Service (LLS) fellowship program prepares early-career laboratory scientists to become future public health laboratory leaders. LLS focuses on developing laboratory scientists who integrate safety and quality as principal elements in all of in their work, which is vital to protecting the public's health, safety, and security.

Radx is a novel healthcare innovation and entrepreneurship incubator within the Department of Radiology. Our mission is to foster and support the development and commercialization of creative healthcare technology solutions. Teams will compete to develop creative solutions to unmet needs in health care, with two $10,000 prizes awarded to the winning teams.  Radx’s inaugural activity will be a four-month Innovation Challenge, described below.

We will be joined by Jean Alley of Vanderbilt CIRTL to discuss active learning strategies that promote diversity and inclusion. The Harvard University Data Science Initiative is seeking applications for its inaugural Harvard Data Science Postdoctoral Fellows Program for the 2017-2018 academic year. The normal duration of the Fellowship is two years.
