Part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/medschool.vanderbilt.edu\/bret\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Office of Biomedical Research Education and Training<\/a> in the <a href=\"https:\/\/medschool.vanderbilt.edu\/basic-sciences\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vanderbilt School of Medicine Basic Sciences<\/a>, the ASPIRE program was recognized in 2013 for its commitment to career development for biomedical sciences Ph.D. students and postdocs through a BEST award, a $1.2 million, 5-year grant from the NIH Common Fund. The ASPIRE Program stands for\u00a0<u>A<\/u>ugmenting <u>S<\/u>cholar <u>P<\/u>reparation and <u>I<\/u>ntegration with <u>R<\/u>esearch-Related <u>E<\/u>ndeavors.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dr. Kim Petrie is assistant dean of biomedical career development, Dr. Ashley Brady is assistant dean for career engagement and strategic partnerships, Kate Stuart is associate director, and Angela Zito is assistant director.<\/p>\n<p>Whether you are exploring your options or searching for a job or postdoc,\u00a0we can help!
