\"\"Patricia Costa Giomi received her PhD in Biochemistry from University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. She did postdoctoral training in the laboratory of Roberto Weinman at the Wistar Institute, Philadelphia and in the Oncology Department at Hoffmann-LaRoche, Nutley, NJ. She initiated her career in drug development as a Senior Scientist in the Molecular Cardiology Discovery group of what is now Pfizer. She later moved to Regulatory Affairs within Pfizer. She continued her Regulatory Affairs career at Eisai Pharmaceuticals, Purdue Pharma and Johnson and Johnson. She is currently an Executive Director of International Regulatory Affairs at Ultragenyx, a company that develops drugs for rare and very rare genetic metabolic diseases.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
