This will be an opportunity to learn about the application requirements and to ask individual questions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Vanderbilt-Emory-Cornell-Duke (VECD) is one of six consortia that comprise the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fic.nih.gov\/News\/Pages\/2017-fogarty-global-health-training-program.aspx\">Fogarty Global Health Program for Fellows and Scholars<\/a><\/strong>, which replaced the\u00a0Fogarty International Clinical Research Scholars &amp; Fellows (FICRS-F) Program\u00a0in 2012. The\u00a0purpose of this\u00a0program is to provide mentored\u00a0global health research training opportunities in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs)\u00a0for pre- and post-doctoral candidates from the U.S. and\u00a0LMICs.
