I-PERF addresses a small business innovation research by providing start-ups with doctoral level expertise in STEM while training the postdocs in high-tech entrepreneurship. Women, underrepresented minorities in the sciences &amp; engineering are highly encouraged to apply.\u00a0 Due to the COVID many jobs are remote without needs for relocation. Fellows serve a one-year research appointment at $78,000\/year, plus health care insurance, $3,600 relocation allowance if needed, and up to $3,000 professional development training allowance with 20% of the time to be spent on such professional development.
