You can find the two job descriptions and how to apply to each below. <strong><em>Please note that the emails to apply to these positions are slightly different.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Manager, Business Analytics<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Job Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The BioCentury Manager of Business Analytics is responsible for improving BioCentury\u2019s business processes, products and services through data and process analysis, the development of business requirements, and the implementation, use, and management of tools that support internal and customer processes and data analysis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Manager of Business Analytics is expected to understand the Company\u2019s commercial process and information needs with a focus on product management, commercial data management, marketing, sales and customer success; and to translate those needs into process definitions and requirements for the Business Analysis Group and\/or the Company\u2019s Development team to implement. Specific responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement business requirements through configuration and management of business systems, and through coordination with the Technology team as needed; responsible for project management, roll-out and adoption of new features, processes, technology and enhancements.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with Project Owners to document business requirements required by Project Managers and Developers to execute projects; to inform UI\/UX decisions; and to support marketing and sales operations\u2019 go-to-market plans for new or enhanced products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with other departments inside BioCentury to build customer-facing analytic tools and dashboards for deployment on BioCentury\u2019s business intelligence platform.<\/li>\n<li>Addressing issues related to the Company\u2019s technical and analytical business systems to ensure resolution; identifying recurring points of failure to drive internal improvements to reduce issues and improve efficiency. Providing day-to-day support of business systems.<\/li>\n<li>Leveraging an understanding of the business, technology and available data to identify new insights and processes that can be used to improve BioCentury\u2019s business.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and improve customer, prospect and sales activity data quality while adhering to company privacy policies and legal requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Improving access to sales, service and marketing analytics to drive business decisions and improvement. Ensuring the CRM and related commercial information comply with relevant laws and Company policies, particularly as regards the Company\u2019s Privacy Policy rules for collection and use of personal information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum five years\u2019 business analytics and\/or business systems management; experience with business systems like CRM, CMS, email marketing and reporting\/analytics a plus<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM a plus<\/li>\n<li>Data modeling; translating those needs into process definitions and requirements for the technology team to implement or implementing directly through system configuration; and supporting the roll-out and adoption of new features, processes, technology, and enhancements.<\/li>\n<li>Documenting business requirements required by Project Managers and Developers to execute projects; informing UI\/UX decisions; and supporting marketing and sales operations\u2019 go-to-market plans for new or enhanced products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking and responding to issues related to internal business systems and processes to ensure adequate and timely resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Creating reports and dashboards and providing data analysis to support business operations and senior management.<\/li>\n<li>Providing training and support to internal users.<\/li>\n<li>Participating in end user testing of new features and bug fixes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years\u2019 experience creating business requirements and\/or supporting business systems such as CRM, marketing automation, analytic\/reporting tools, CMS.<\/li>\n<li>Data modeling;
