Candidates should have a record of publishing impactful<br \/>\noriginal research in the field of musculoskeletal health and a desire for a research-focused academic<br \/>\ncareer. Those with post-doctoral experience and a high potential for extramural funding will be<br \/>\nconsidered for the position of Assistant Professor. More experienced applicants with a demonstrated<br \/>\nrecord of maintaining extramural funding will be considered for rank of Associate Professor or<br \/>\nProfessor.<br \/>\nThe Department of Orthopaedic Surgery maintains a strong commitment to innovative and collaborative<br \/>\nmusculoskeletal research, which promotes health worldwide. As a part of a highly productive, highly<br \/>\nsupportive interdisciplinary team of researchers, these research positions will be expected to contribute<br \/>\nto the academic mission of the Department, which includes educational research programming for<br \/>\nresidents, fellows, and junior clinical faculty.
