Eric\u2019s career in biopharma spans over 25 years. He began his career in biologics R&D for companies such as Bayer and Pfizer before transitioning into staffing and executive search. He has held corporate talent acquisition leadership roles at Merck KgAA, Novartis and Moderna. Eric\u2019s experience includes architecting, building and leading talent acquisitions teams, implementing unique talent attraction campaigns and providing consultative talent solutions for companies seeking exemplary technical, scientific, clinical and medical leadership. Eric is a graduate for UMass Boston, where he received his B.S. in Biology.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n Jeff Caskey brings a decade of experience in recruiting and sales in the biotech, pharmaceutical, and clinical research industries. In his early career, Jeff served as a Pharmaceutical Sales Manager, where he represented a diverse range of products across therapeutic areas such as women’s health, gastroenterology, and neurology. For the past seven years, Jeff has been dedicated to supporting growth-stage companies, leveraging his industry knowledge and extensive network to build high-caliber technical and leadership teams at the forefront of developing new technologies and medicines to benefit patients. With a personalized approach and a track record of success, Jeff has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor and a leader in talent acquisition, partnering with companies across the world to attract top-tier professionals who can drive innovation.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n Jeff is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where he received his B.S in Exercise and Health Science.
