Project management is an essential skill that is needed across all career stages and career paths, academic or non-academic. This module is designed to help participants 1) understand the principles of project management and how to effectively break down projects into smaller parts; 2) get trained in using a project management tool to effectively plan out and manage multiple projects; 3) discuss real-world situations involving project management through case studies; and 4) apply project management fundamentals to develop a structured job search plan. By the end of the module, participants will have an individualized working document in which they have mapped out and set goals for each stage of their job search.<\/p>\n
