The program covers course design, classroom techniques, and professional development strategies for early-career instructors. You\u2019ll leave the program with teaching resources you can use in future courses, such as course designs and lesson plans, as well as a completion badge that you can list on your CV to demonstrate your commitment to professional development as a teacher. ACT is <strong>free<\/strong>\u00a0for all current Vanderbilt graduate students and postdocs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Here are a few testimonials from recent participants:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li>\u201cI feel a lot more prepared for tackling lesson planning and utilizing\/researching teaching strategies to adapt to the courses I plan to teach.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u201cIt\u2019s been very helpful to see examples through the lectures, readings, and as shared by other students.
