The Inclusivity in the Biosciences Association (IBA) is hosting a half-day symposium to discuss women and minorities in the postdoc-to-faculty transition. We will have six speakers from several institutions in middle Tennessee to present research and professional expertise on the topic and discuss how institutions can better support the transition of women and minorities into faculty positions.<\/p>\n
