On June 2nd the CDB hosted part of the Biomedical Research Education and Training (BRET) office's 25th Reunion. Approximately 170 Interdisciplinary Graduate Program (IGP) alumni attended, some of whom met with CDB faculty and toured our facilities, including the new Nikon Center of Excellence imaging lab. In the “Latest Discoveries from CDB Benches” portion of the event, participants conversed with researchers in some of the newest CDB labs, including:
Dylan Burnette Lab, Laboratory of Cellular Contraction
Vivian Gama Lab, Molecular mechanisms governing stem cell fate
Ken Lau Lab, Microenvironmental signaling in epithelial cell specification.
Jason MacGurn Lab, The ART of Cell Surface Remodeling
Marija Zanic Lab, Biophyscial Principals of Microtubule Dynamics
