General

1. CiM - everytime you type CiM, make the i lowercase
2. Font: use Arial or any other sans-serif, color should be black
3. Alignment: Align all text in emails to the left

Subject

1. All subjects should appear as follows:
CiM Presents: Name of event and date.
For date follow this format: Friday, September 12, 2011

 2. Feel free to change the intro based on the type of email you are sending such as:
CiM Reminder:  /  CiM Notification:  /  CiM News:  /  etc.

Body of E-mail Sample

CiM Presents: (make "CiM" extra large and bold, make "Presents" large and bold)

Name of Event (make this large, bold, and underlined)

When: (make this normal size and bold) (unbold the info that follows) 

Where: (make this normal size and bold) (unbold the info that follows)   

What: (make this normal size and bold) (unbold the info that follows)  

RSVP: (make this normal size and bold) (unbold the info that follows) 

+ plus any other pieces of information put into this format

Signature

Download and insert the following image into your e-mail signature. To download, right click on the image and select "Save Image As" to save the image to your computer. You can then add the image into your email signature in whatever e-mail program you use.
