Biography:
I obtained my undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences at Lanzhou University. Then I completed my first master’s degree in Bioinformatics at the University of Hawaii, Manoa. After that, I went to Vanderbilt University for another master’s degree in Data Science. During that time, I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Long. This led me to pursue a Ph.D. degree at Vanderbilt in Epidemiology.
Why Vanderbilt?
I really appreciate the fact that the professors, faculty members, and students work closely within the Division of Epidemiology. This allows us to work on various projects and learn from each other.
