The Pua lab is interested in how extracellular RNAs and extracellular vesicles transmit essential signals during tissue inflammatory responses, particularly in the allergic lung inflammation which drives asthma. We use techniques which include molecular biology, cellular immunology and vesicle flow cytometry, and we are especially focused on investigating these new inflammatory signals in vivo.
