My research focuses on better understanding Glioblastoma, an aggressive type of brain tumor. Specifically, I am interested in learning which features of neural stem cell biology are functionally active in glioblastoma cell subtypes and how certain glioblastoma cell subsets such as those associated with negative prognosis (GNP) might suppress specific immune cell populations we have identified as enriched in tumors containing these subsets.
