When setting up your email account, make sure that you use the instructions for Vmail (NOT gmail).\u00a0 This page also contains links to the FAQ&#8217;s and information on who to contact should you need assistance with creating an e-password.<\/p>\n<h4>Commodore ID<\/h4>\n<p>The Commodore ID is your identification on-campus.\u00a0 The card office is in the Sarratt Student Center. <strong>Note that you can get a mobile card on your phone, but a physical card is required for access to all VUMC buildings<\/strong> (which includes the biomedical library, many lab buildings, and Light Hall where classes take place). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanderbilt.edu\/cardservices\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CLICK HERE<\/a> for more information on ID cards.<\/p>\n<h4>Final Transcripts and GRE Scores<\/h4>\n<p>Official transcripts are\u202frequired only after an offer of admission is made and accepted.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For any school you listed on your application which grated a degree, you must request an <u>official transcript showing the degree has been conferred.<\/u>\u00a0 See information below about submitting yours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A document is considered official only if it is sent directly to Vanderbilt from your institution. Your admission is contingent upon Vanderbilt\u2019s Centralized Document Management (CDM) receiving an official transcript directly from the institution attended no later than August 31 of your entry year.
