Graduate Student

I am a native of Troy, MI, who pursued her undergraduate studies at Cedarville University (near Dayton, OH). After graduating in 2012 with a double major in chemistry and molecular & cellular biology, I followed my passion for both chemistry and biology to Vanderbilt University and, ultimately, to the Marnett lab. Here, I am using chemical biology approaches to interrogate the function of proteins involved in oxidative lipid metabolism.

Outside of the lab, I enjoy running, singing, and visiting family.
