Mimi Huizinga, M.D., M.P.H.
Medical Director, Vanderbilt Medical Group Adult Quality and Patient Safety
Dr. Mimi Huizinga has been appointed medical director for Vanderbilt Medical Group Adult Quality and Patient Safety. Huizinga will work with VMG leadership and clinicians to support outpatient clinical quality improvement, with special emphasis on ensuring that clinicians have the data and tools they need to achieve the best patient outcomes. Dr. Huizinga earned her M.D. and her M.P.H. from Vanderbilt in 2003 and 2007, respectively.
