Developing a thorough understanding of the grants process takes time.  You can spend hours in workshops, webinars, or searching the internet for the information you need; or you can check out NIH’s All About Grants podcasts. More than 50 podcasts are available with topics such as “Deciphering Funding Opportunity Alphabet Soup”, “Writing a Fellowship Application”, and “The Ins and Outs of a Study Section Meeting”.  Most of the episodes are less than 15 minutes in length, so you can master a grants topic while walking your dog or cooking dinner! The podcasts are available on the website as mp3s, via iTunes, or via RSS feed.
