Research Interest: I am interested in neuroimmunology and metabolism in the context of neurodegenerative diseases. Specifically, I study how the retinal and optic nerve microenvironments are disrupted in glaucoma and how we can leverage our understanding of these changes to prevent irreversible vision loss.
