\nAnswer a second call when you are in an active call:<\/strong> From the incoming call screen select \u00a0Answer. Your active call is placed on hold and your second call is answered.
\nSwitch between calls:<\/strong> Press the Home button on the phone and the select the Active Call. From the In Call screen use the up down arrow buttons to select the call that you want to activate and then select Resume.
\nAdd others to an active call: <\/strong>From the In Call screen, select Menu and then select Add others. Enter a number or select a contact then press Add.
\nTransfer a call directly to someone else: <\/strong>From the In Call screen select Menu, and then select Transfer Directly To. Enter a number or select a contact, and then select Call.
\nConsult with someone before transferring a call:<\/strong> From the In Call screen, select Menu, and then select Consult then Transfer To. Enter a number or select a contact. After you speak with the person your transferring the call to, select Complete Transfer.
\nCancel a consult transfer (if party is unable or unwilling to accept the call):<\/strong> Press End, then press Resume.
\nActivate the phone system when calling from a non-Vanderbilt number (such as your cell or home phone) dial:<\/strong> (615) 875-9100, then enter you r extension and your phone\u2019s PIN.<\/p>\nLync 2011 Requirements<\/span><\/h3>\n
