    Karen Gieg is the Program Coordinator for the Educational Pod based in the Biomedical Research Education and Training (BRET) Office. For the Departments of Molecular Physiology & Biophysics (MP&B) and Pharmacology, she is the first point of contact for most graduate student issues, including class registration, course organization, qualifying examinations, dissertation committee meetings, Monday @ noon seminars (for MP&B), Works In Progress seminars (for Pharmacology), department retreats, student-invited seminars, and dissertation defenses. Additionally, she assists both departments in their graduate student recruiting efforts and helps the Program Director in organizing all aspects of the Summer Undergraduate Research Program in Pharmacology.

    Roz Johnson is the Interdisciplinary Program Coordinator for Human Genetics and Neuroscience Graduate Programs. She is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the human genetics and neuroscience graduate program. She represents the first point of contact for students with questions regarding course and curriculum issues and handles the planning and execution of all program-related activities and function.
