*PLEASE NOTE: International Research Fellows should contact the Vanderbilt International Services for tax information upon arrival at Vanderbilt.

All postdoctoral research fellows on J1 visas must attend the ISSS orientation, which is at 10 AM every Thursday in the ISS Office, 310 25th Ave. S, Student Life Center Suite 103. Phone: 2-2753. While registration is not required, it may be wise to call first to be sure they are holding orientation on the specific day that you wish to attend.

(ISSS) ISSS fosters the education and development of international students and scholars of Vanderbilt University to enable them to achieve their educational goals and objectives. ISSS provides advice, counseling, and advocacy regarding immigration, cross-cultural, and personal matters and supports an environment conductive to international education via educational, social, and cross-cultural programs.
