My wellness activities include running half and full marathons, playing pickup sports with friends, exercising on my own, singing in the Nashville Symphony Chorus, playing in The Arrhythmias, tending to my garden of succulents, and participating in weekly viewing parties of The Bachelorette. My advice for wellness is to think of something that fits this description: “if someone told me that in 5 years from now this thing/person/activity would be completely gone from my life, then I would be really, really sad, and I would miss it.” If you’ve identified what fits the bill, then budget in specific time slots to fit it in each week, or even each day if you can! It’s clearly important to you and you should try to make time for it!
