To me, wellness is having a balance of the aspects in my life that are most important to me. I make sure to keep up with my hobbies – traveling, running, shopping, and binge-watching Netflix. I love to indulge by eating and trying new restaurants in Nashville with my friends. I like to stay busy, but I stay well by taking the time to relax and reset. Most importantly, I surround myself with people who help me stay well by keeping me laughing and smiling!
