Surgery often represents a chance for cure or significant symptoms relief, and the privilege of being entrusted with someone\u2019s care during such a vulnerable time is both humbling and motivating. One of my primary goals as a surgical oncologist is to ensure all patients have access to the best cancer care so they have the best possible outcomes. I work with a dedicated, multidisciplinary team of professionals here that shares this aim.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Photos by Erin O.
