Wellness Rooms
Tranquil Spaces for Rejuvenation and Care

The School of Medicine Basic Sciences has thoughtfully renovated two dedicated Wellness Rooms—located in 715 PRB and 6132 MRB3 (in partnership with the Vanderbilt Brain Institute)—to support the holistic well-being of our community. These serene spaces are designed to accommodate lactation, temporary hoteling, prayer and meditation, providing a quiet environment to help reduce stress and enhance productivity.
These rooms are available to Vanderbilt personnel upon approval through the Office of Facilities, Infrastructure, and Risk Management (FIRM).
Priority Use
New mothers have priority access and may reserve these rooms at their discretion. Other individuals—including visitors, graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, faculty, and staff— are welcome to make a reservation request that may be subject to cancelation if mothers needs arise.
