The ASPIRE Path in Molecular Medicine

I am interested in improving immunotherapy treatment outcomes in triple-negative breast cancer through the development of novel immunologic therapeutics. To accomplish this, I am looking at suppressing an immune checkpoint ligand B7-H4 in combination with the release of type-1 interferon in the tumor microenviroment through the development of a new class of immunotherapeutics to stimulate anti-tumor immunity.
