“Bridging the Gap” via the Fisk-Vanderbilt Bridge Program
The Fisk-Vanderbilt Master’s to PhD Bridge Program exists to improve the demographic representation in the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields. Fisk student, Erica Tross, also a member of the Macara Lab, plans to complete her graduate studies with the goal of one day acting as a P.I. running her own laboratory.
