Philip Stoecklein, M.P.A.

Philip manages all departmental guest speakers including CDB Monday Seminar Series and other CDB invited speakers including those for the VBS Emerging Scholars VUMC Discovery Lecture Series. In addition to coordinating guest speaker itineraries and travel, Philip manages reservations for conference rooms, the majority of the departmental communications and provides support for CDB events and faculty.

Administers departmental undergraduate and high school student participation programs, including internships, observational experiences, and research engagement activities. Coordinates onboarding, compliance-related training documentation, and communication among students, faculty mentors, and university offices
