Nikon AX NSPARC

The Nikon Ax with NSPARC is an Eclipse Ti 2 inverted microscope equipped with an Ax confocal scan head, 2 GaAsP PMTs, a pco.panda sCMOS sample finder camera, and a NSPARC array detector. The NSPARC detector provides additional sensitivity while allowing for super resolution imaging (100nm XY, 300nm Z). It has 4 lasers lines (405nm, 488nm, 561nm, 640nm) and 4x/0.13 air, 10x/0.45 air, 20x/0.8 air, and 60x/1.4NA oil objectives. This microscope is ideal for high resolution imaging of fixed cell and tissue samples. It additionally has a stage-top incubation system for live cell imaging as needed.
