The Oni Nanoimager is a benchtop super-resolution microscope with HILO/TIRF capabilities. It has a live cell incubator, an automated XYZ stage with focus stabilization, four-laser lines, a Hamamatsu Orca Flash 4 v3 sCMOS camera, and an 100x/1.45 NA oil immersion objective. It allows for simultaneous acquisition of two channels split using a 640nm dichroic. This microscope is ideal for STORM/PALM imaging experiments as well as routine TIRF imaging. Special buffers and fluorophores are required for STORM/PALM. Please discuss with CISR staff if this microscope is right for your application.
