We investigate the intersect of tumor cell motility and EV biogenesis. The laboratory is particularly interested in translating the change in tumor-associated EVs into a biomarker of disease progression and treatment response. To that effect we use dimensional reduction of multi-parametric flow cytometry data to identify an EV profile that can act as a liquid biopsy for cancer patients.
