VSTAR Learn is a Learning Management System that provides a way for faculty to deliver course content to your students. VSTAR Learn is a dynamic platform that houses your course syllabus, schedule, learning materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, reading, assignments), quizzes and exams. VSTAR Learn has several capabilities to make it easy to communicate with your learners.
In contrast, VSTAR Next is a different platform used to distribute and collect workplace-based assessments (i.e., competency-based assessments), provide mid-course feedback, write and deliver formative and summative comments, and assign final grades. In VSTAR Next you may also view students’ learning goals and VITAL experiences.
