Steps for approval process:
- Students first meet with the Associate Dean for Medical Student Affairs (ADMSA) to discuss the second degree.
- Students complete and submit the Alternative Pathway Request form to Enrollment Services and the ADMSA.
- Students complete the three-year blank schedule planner and submit it with the Alternative Pathway Request form.
- Immersion Phase, Research, FHD and LC (electronically) sign off on the proposed schedule.
- Approval notification to the student, ADMSA and Enrollment Services will come from immersion.phase@vanderbilt.edu.
- The ADMSA formally approves the alternative pathway/dual degree after student schedule approval is received.
