Alan N. Arnson, MD, HS’61, died Jan. 24. He was 87. Dr. Arnson is survived by his wife, Sue, and children David, Diane, Leslie and Josh.
Daniel Beauchamp, MD, FE’77, FAC, died Nov. 27, 2022. He was 66. Dr. Beauchamp is survived by his wife, Shannon, and daughter, Bryn. Dr. Beauchamp was the former chair of the Section of Surgical Sciences at VUMC and surgeon-in-chief of Vanderbilt University Hospital.
Richard A. Blath, MD, HS’71, died March 16. He was 76. Dr. Blath is survived by his wife, Lorry, and children Lisa and Jeff.
John Durwood Bradley Jr., BA’56, MD’60, died Dec. 27, 2022. He was 87. Dr. Bradley is survived by his daughters Suzanne and Lisa.
Aaron Bertrand Brill, Emeritus FAC, BA’58, MD’61, HS’63, died Feb. 13, 2022. He was 94. In 2019, he was awarded emeritus status before retiring. Dr. Brill is survived by his children Laurie and David and his twin grandchildren Shea and Louis.
Donald “Don” McIver Bryan, MD’53, died Nov. 10, 2022. He was 98. Dr. Bryan is survived by his wife, Laurette, and children Katherine and Charles.
Raymond Burk Jr., MD, former director of the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition, died May 1. He was 80. Dr. Burk is survived by his wife, Eni, and daughter, Teresa.
Cheryl Engles Coleman, MD, HS’84, died Sept. 10, 2022. Dr. Coleman is survived by her husband, John, and daughters Rachel and Hannah.
Joseph A. Cook, MD’64, died Oct. 1, 2022. He was 87. Dr. Cook is survived by his wife, Betty Anne, and daughters Catherine, Caroline and Marianne.

William A. Hunter, Jr., MD’56, HS’57, died Oct. 13, 2022. He was 91. Dr. Hunter is survived by his daughters Alice and Elizabeth and one granddaughter.
